Do you know how hard it is to make Roquefort look pretty? Damn near impossible. I don’t think I can call this “ABM” a success in that department. 

Yesterday’s revelation: stinky cheese + corbezzolo + a risotto on the stove= I’m back in Sardegna licking honey off my fingers, listening to the sheep bells and wondering where my life is headed. I can’t tell you how many times my mantra was “everything’s going to be ok”.  And it is. It’s more than ok. It’s as perfectly cheesy and complicated as Roquefort and Miele Amaro. 🍴🍯🇮🇹

Yume Wo Katare. They have two kinds of ramen— ramen with two pieces of pork and ramen with five pieces of pork. If you finish your bowl but leave some broth they yell “Good Job!” And if you finish everything you get a “Perfect!” Two of us got a good job. One of us was perfect. We are all too full to repeat the experiment.
